IntexForms employs a CNC Machine with a 5’x10′ table and 36″ z axis travel for our precision pattern and mold making. The machine is equipped with an 11 HP spindle running up to 25,000 RPM, automatic tool changer for shorter production times, two 10 HP vacuum motors, and 4th axis capabilities for intricate 3d shapes. Designs are created in CAD Software, along with Aspire from Vectric. We process, Aluminum, MDF, Plastics, laminated MDF, machinable wax, Polyurethane Foam and Delrin for prototyping and mold making. While most of the CNC cutting we do is related to the products we make in-house, We welcome outside work requests such as Aluminum Composite, Sign Making, Custom Prototype Solutions along with 3d CAD work.
