Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC)

Intex GFRC – Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement – This material is for exterior use, but has been used in interior applications where durability is an issue (i.e. high traffic and possible impact areas). It can use either caulk joint or tape joints. We have found that Auto Body Filler (Bondo) is a superior taping material. Field finishing by others is required. In certain areas & conditions, caulk is recommended.

While we do have CNC on-site, the bulk of our molds are created by hand which we take a lot of pride in being able to do so well.
